Week 7, Day 3 – Friday, October 10, 2014
2.63mi (Best Distance!) • 35min • 13:18 pace (Best Pace!)

I had a day off of work today, which meant I could go for a mid-morning run instead of waking up way early and running pre-work (at 6-something am)! So, I was able to eat my breakfast, drink my coffee and give my body a chance to wake up. This I think made a HUGE difference towards the whole best distance / best pace! I had a whole lot more energy going into my run and was a whole lot more awake. (In case you didn’t notice from the stats above — I far surpassed my best distance best pace!!) And, mid run, I finally felt a runner’s high!! It was only for 2 or 3 min, but I felt it none-the-less! And now I know it is not completely mythincal 🙂
