This is the 6th week of my Couch to 5k journey. I still hate running though. Sure, I love the feeling of accomplishment I get after finishing a run. But — I definitely don’t lose myself in running, or feel a “high” from it.

I ran over 2 miles today, making this run my best distance thus far!!

Ran at “home home” (Baltimore at my parents’ house) this morning — prior to working remotely since tonight is Kol Nidre — for my 2nd workout without running intervals … and I got my best pace so far!! 🙂
