So, you already know that I signed up for my first 5k earlier in the month. (And if you don’t, click that link and you will 🙂 ) . . . I still don’t know which app is best, but I guess I’ll stick with my combo of C25K – 5K Trainer Free and Pedometer Runners Buddy Free, both by Zan Labs until I get some advice or I get fed up.
I finally actually started running, using one of these “Couch to 5k” program things. Here’s my little recap:

Week 1 Program Description (same all week): Brisk 5min warm-up walk • 20min of alternating 60sec of jogging & 90sec of walking • 5min cool-down
