Couch to 5k Progress: Week Four Recap

This week I increased from 3min jogging intervals to 5min jogging intervals, which I was nervous for. But, it turned out I did just fine, and I really AM able to follow the c25k program! I am a tad worried about the end of next week: the big 20min run! There’s just a 5min walking warm-up to 20min of uninterrupted running — yikes! But we shall see how that goes. . .

Couch to 5k Progress: Week One Recap

So, you already know that I signed up for my first 5k earlier in the month . . . I still don’t know which app is best, but I guess I’ll stick with my combo of C25K – 5K Trainer Free and Pedometer Runners Buddy Free, both by Zan Labs until I get some advice or I get fed up. Anyways, I finally actually started running, using said “Couch to 5k” program thing. Here’s my little recap . . .
